Dragan Djordjevic, cellist, was born in Jagodina (Serbia). At the age of six starts to study violin in the School for musical talents in Cuprija (Serbia) and two years later starts playing cello. In 1996. enroles in Faculty of Musci in Belgrade under professor Sandra Belic and becomes the leader of the cello section in enseble Gudaci Sv.Djordja. Gets a scholarship and goes to study at the Gildhall School of music and Drama in London under a famous pedagogue, professor Stefan Popov. Played with many international orchestras and famous conductors and musicians like Sir Colin Davis, Michael Tilsson Tomas, Mstislav Rostropovič, Bojan Sudjić, Darinka Matić-Marović etc. Now a full time cello professor at Faculty of Music in Belgrade.
